Welcome to Papa Joe’s Famous Texas Green Sauce. The beginning of Papa Joe’s Green Sauce came from an effort to provide family and friends with a little something new and different to have as a side dish or dip for party’s and gatherings.  After countless experiments, tweaks and adjustments in the effort to develop this recipe, we have landed on what we have been told is something we wouldn’t be allowed to stop making.  Each order is individually made by hand with the freshest available ingredients.  With no preservatives added, only garden-fresh vegetables including cilantro, jalapenos, tomatillos, garlic, onion, salt and a few other natural “secret spices” make up our delicious, creamy green sauce!
We offer Papa Joe’s in 3 individual heat levels – Original, Medium and Hot, and is available in 8 oz, 16 oz and 32 oz sizes.  We also offer custom orders in addition to discounts for military and first responders.
